When the ultrasonic cleaning machine is working, due to the high-frequency oscillation of the ultrasonic transducer, a lot of heat will be emitted, which will cause the temperature of the solution in the cleaning tank to gradually rise. Therefore, when the conventional ultrasonic cleaning machine equipment is working, if the sample has a temperature requirement, it is necessary to always pay attention to the temperature change in the cleaning tank.
If you need constant temperature for ultrasonic cleaning and other work, you can choose a constant temperature product (constant temperature ± 2 ℃)!
Conventional ultrasonic cleaning equipment can also be filled with cold water while draining for temperature control (not recommended)! However, it is not allowed to directly put ice cubes in the washing tank for cooling, because the temperature difference will condense water droplets on the outer wall of the washing tank, which may cause a short circuit in the circuit!
