1. The pH of the solution. In the general market, the ultrasonic cleaning machine and ultrasonic shock plate are made of stainless steel, the most commonly used is 304 stainless steel. But 304 stainless steel is not resistant to acids and alkalis, and can only be cleaned with clean water or ordinary cleaning agents. If there is acid or alkali in the cleaning solution, it must be made of 316L stainless steel. Of course, 316 is also only resistant to alkali. For acidity with a pH value greater than 5, 316 stainless steel can still withstand. For solvents less than 5, 316 stainless steel is also easy to pierce, PH value In the strong acid of 2-3, you can only choose titanium plate.
According to the actual acidity and alkalinity to determine the material, we can guarantee the production according to the material required by the customer, but the problem of water ingress due to corrosion is not covered by the warranty. No matter how good the manufacturer said, the result will be blundering, unless you are a very shocking profit.
2. Thickness. Stainless steel vibration plates or washing machines are not as thick as possible, nor as thin as possible. The thickness of 2.0mm is more economical and the ultrasonic effect is also good, but due to the error of 2.0mm thick stainless steel, the actual thickness is only about 1.7 [Yuxuan Automation guarantees that the materials used are all thick materials, such as 2.0mm material It is actually 1.95mm, not 1.75mm, etc.] Therefore, the thickness is not enough, it will cause the ultrasonic waves to be easily broken down, especially the low-frequency ultrasonic cleaning machine or vibration plate. Ultrasonic waves below 28KHZ and 28KHZ easily break down 2.0-thick stainless steel plates. The thickness of 2.5mm is relatively the most commonly used and the best thickness, the actual thickness is about 2.2 or 2.3mm. The 3.0mm thickness is more durable and is not easy to be broken down, even if it is a low frequency below 25KHZ, but the cost is higher, and the ultrasonic head with a higher frequency, using 3.0mm thick stainless steel, the effect will not be good. Therefore, the thickness needs to be selected according to the frequency of use, solvent, and cost of the customer.
3. Ultrasonic frequency. According to the different workpieces to be cleaned, the cleaning process and process are different, it is very important to choose the frequency of the ultrasonic cleaning machine or vibration plate. The frequency of 17KHZ to 200KHZ can be selected. The lower the ultrasonic frequency, the greater the vibration amplitude, the higher the frequency, the more precise the cleaning. Such as hardware, circuit board, electronics and other cleaning, generally use 28KHZ, dishwashing 28KHZ or 25KHZ; optical lenses, etc., you can use 40KHZ, or higher frequency 68KHZ or even 80KHZ, 100KHZ, can also be mixed with a variety of frequencies, rough wash first And fine wash again.
4. Ultrasonic generator. According to different occasions, our company produces different generators with digital display and ammeter display. The digital display is more precise, and the ammeter shows a harsher working environment. If the environment is relatively humid, such as an electroplating plant, you can choose an ammeter ultrasonic generator with a better environment. If you are an optical manufacturer or an electronic dust-free workshop, you can choose a digital display ultrasonic generator. Of course, under normal circumstances, both generators can be selected for use, and the effects have been certified for many years.
5. Ultrasonic transducer. Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to use high-efficiency transducers from well-known domestic brands. Generally imported transducers are currently few in China.
6. Density. This situation is relatively rare, because in a strong acid cleaning solution, due to the greater density of the solution, it reaches a density of 1 to 1.2. If the ultrasonic vibration plate made of titanium plate does not have a fixing device, it is necessary to place iron inside the vibration plate Blocks and other heavy blocks to ensure that the ultrasonic vibration plate of the titanium plate does not float up.
